Description:
Moonreach comprises two spacious 2-bedroomed specialised homes, located in a quiet residential area in the seaside town of Deal in Kent.
We provide security and stability for children and young people in a safe environment. We aim to offer high quality residential care and support to the children and young people, in as near to a family environment as possible.
Accommodation is for a maximum of two 10 to 18 year olds in each house at a time, so close key-working is achieved to assist and support the transition into independent living.
