Description:
Horizon Care is an established provider of clinically supported placements based on the principles of normalisation and inclusion, in 2, 3 and 4 bedded Children’s homes and our registered independent schools.
We also care for children and young people, who are behaviourally challenging and emotionally vulnerable who experience:
- attachment problems
- self-harm
- anger control problems
- substance misuse
- eating disorders
- sexualised behaviour
- depression
Our approach focuses not only on behaviour change but also on successful behaviour management by professionally supported staff, trained to understand the psychological reasons for a young person’s behaviour and implement suitable interventions.
