Description:
The Beech House is a therapeutic residential care home based in Surrey, with education and therapy on-site. Both taking place in separate buildings to the main home. It is on a large plot with excellent access to local amenities, sports facilities and transport links.
We aim to provide a safe, holistic and nurturing environment with a high standard of accommodation, therapeutic interventions and care for children and young people; coupled with a full curriculum on offer for the young people to access at their own level/ability.
We will put in a framework of promoting children’s well-being, health (both physical and mental) and empowering them to achieve the best they can in life. The Beech House is registered to provide a specialist therapeutic care service for children and young people of both sexes aged 10 to 18.
Each young person will have a key work team, who will ensure all their needs are met. The staff are working consistently with them, in-keeping with the boundaries and care plan.
Our staff have regular training and supervision – both clinical and from their line manager. Coupled with monthly training focused on working more therapeutically with the young people.
We recently received a Good rating from Ofsted.
