Aspire House intends to provide care and accommodation with therapeutic input for children/young people with low to complex needs, e.g. MLD (mild learning disability), SLCN (speech language, communication needs), ASD(Autism), SEMHLD (Social and Emotional Mental Health). Aspire House aims to accommodate young people 7-18 years of age and the house will be mixed gender.

Aspire House is a 3-bedroom detached character house, surrounded by woodland located on a small estate area in Huddersfield, Quarmby, it is based on premises that consists of three properties but each of them have their own grounds and privacy.

Aspire House has a lounge/ dining room, a further communal living room/sensory room on the ground floor, 1 kitchen, 2 bathroom. The first floor has a well-equipped large kitchen, where children will be assisted to extend their life skills and a lounge/ dining room.

The second floor consists of two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a staff office/bedroom. Downstairs on the ground floor there is a further en-suite bedroom and a communal room for relaxing, arts and crafts and this has been decorated and designed to stimulate the senses.

Aspire House benefits from a private driveway with ample parking with surrounding grounds. The home has been refurbished to the highest standards.

Outside there is ample garden space to enjoy a range of activities. The garden and house is surrounded by trees and woodlands, allowing privacy and a therapeutic environment for the young people to enjoy.
