We are proud to say that all of our Homes, are rated as Good.
All our Homes offer are comfortable offering a homely feel. The response we get from Social Workers and other professionals when visiting our home are is Wow!
However, it is the people living within the Homes and the wonderful staff team that support and encourage them, that make the Homes so special. We carefully select both young people and staff.
We involve the young people in the interview process, as we know that the right dynamic is crucial to success! Careful consideration is given to matching the young people and the existing young people are involved in the consulation process of new referrals. It is, after all, the young person’s home and they should be comfortable with both other young people and those who care for them.
Our tailor-made support packages ensure that our young people get the very best out of the time they are in our care, which is, after all, no less than they deserve.
