Description:

Wrottesley Care  Limited is a forward thinking and progressive provider, whose mission is to place the child/young person at the centre of  the service to meet their needs and choices   to ensure that their goals in life are achieved.

We understand that the commissioning landscape for local authorities have changed and so it is a core value of the Company to provide high quality and safe services within a best value resource envelope, sharing cashable and non-cashable efficiencies with commissioning organisations, whilst maintaining and continuously improving our service to deliver to the highest possible standards.

We provide residential children’s homes working in partnership with local Authorities, and a range of external services such as CAMHS  to provide individually tailored packages of care and support for children/young people  with Social and Emotional Difficulties (SED)

Our staff teams are vastly experienced and highly trained in all aspects of children’s residential care and hold relevant vocational qualifications  The organisation is managed by our Directors, who are supported by the responsible individual in his other role as the Regional Manager  and the homes registered managers.

As an organisation, we believe that the staff we employ are our  most valuable asset and make a valuable contribution to the success of the service . We therefore provide a bespoke training and development package for all staff actively encouraging staff members to achieve vocational qualifications in the relevant care and support pathway.
