Description:
BFG Together provide a unique child-centred package of support and care for some of the most vulnerable children and young people in society.
Children and young people may experience a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties. As individuals and a group, children and young people need support, protection, positive guidance and stability in all areas of their day to day lives.
We are committed to ensuring that children and young people, and their families, have the correct support they require to transition to adulthood. Our aim is to make sure that each young person’s residential experience at Rose Oak is individually tailored. We will do this by providing a trained staff team, a thorough pre-admission matching process, initial admission meetings and an all-round holistic plan. This will be implemented to help each child and young person reach their full potential in all areas of physical, mental and emotional health and welfare. Each child will receive the correct care and support that is highly responsive and beneficial to their needs.
We work with all educational, health and social care professionals, alongside minority ethnic community groups to make sure children and young people are supported to achieve positive futures.
Our committed and child-centred team will make sure each child has a bright future. Our team consists of the Home Manager trained in therapeutic care, Assistant Manager, Senior Residential Support Workers and Residential Support Workers.
