New Horizons (NW) Ltd strives to create positive outcomes for young people living within our homes. We deliver an individualised package of care to young people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Each of our homes acts as a ‘home from home,’ where nurturing, social, emotional and moral needs are met by high levels of dedicated, experienced and highly trained staff, who work to empower young people to enable them to make changes to achieve best possible outcomes available to them.

Our expertise allows us to help minimise risk, severity and frequency of challenging behaviour with anger and stress management programmes. Our staff help the young people with achievable steps, which are praised and rewarded with daily and weekly planning for consistency and stability.
