Description:
Progress is an established independent provider of services for children and young adults with complex needs.
Our 7 residential homes, which span the East and West Midlands, benefit from local Hub’s which provides Home and Community Support, Short Breaks, Short-Term Independent Living Accommodation and Community Based Activities. The facilities in each home are carefully adapted to meet the specific needs of the young people there, as well as offering them a modern environment that encourages fun, friendship and personal development.
Progress also operates a specialist Fostering agency which provides young people with a stable and loving home. Foster carers receive 24/7 support and specialist training. With high success rates and a proven track record in placement stability, increasing resilience and reducing dependency, we can blend a range of services together to provide seamless transitions through fostering,
residential placements and semi-independent and independent living.
Our services deliver outstanding support that is tailored to each individual and changes with them when needed. We specialise in supporting children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment, Complex Health Care Needs and Acquired Brain Injury along with Autism, ADHD and challenging
behaviour. As a company, we have also recognised the need for Attachment and Trauma informed practice, which is now integrated across the organisation.
Progress develops innovative, bespoke services that are flexible, well planned, value for money and respond to the continually changing Health and Social care agenda.
