Description:
Larkhill House is a stunning six-bedroomed detached home located in the village of Anslow, Staffordshire. The home is set in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Burton on Trent, and only a short drive away from the city of Derby. The property is large and spacious, with plenty of comfortable communal areas for children to enjoy their time. The home also enjoys access to safe outdoor spaces, and has chickens on site.
The management and staff team at Larkhill House view each child as an individual, and each care package is therefore carefully tailored to meet the needs of each young person. Helping our children to achieve the very best possible outcomes is integral to our ethos, which is why we offer the support of a qualified in-house dance and movement therapist who works with our children to support them in dealing with trauma and challenges. In order to promote health and wellbeing, our children also have membership to Branston Golf and Country Club where they can access the gym and leisure facilities.
The staff and company share a vision of providing meaningful care that can make a real difference to children’s lives. Our ethos, therefore, is to offer a safe, nurturing, caring, and loving family environment for children to recover in, whilst offering consistent, non-judgmental support, and guidance, and providing professional help and support where necessary. We believe that providing a safe, nurturing, caring and happy home will encourage children to become creative, ambitious, and successful.
