Description:
Forevercare is a new childrens home provider (2020)who is expanding and growing services in the north east. We currently have Oakwood, Percy and Chatsworth. We are proud to announce all homes have been rated "Good"
Forevercare is privately owned with an aim to provide best care, working in partnership with the local authority and constantly looking how we can improve our services.
We are supporting and caring for children and young people with a range of complex needs, emotional and behaviour difficulties, Learning Disabilities between the ages of 7 and 18yrs.
We have high expectations and help young people develop their full potential.
Our Ethos is simple and every young person will be kept safe and everything we do will be as good as though they were our own children.
We will be measured by the outcomes we achieve for young people in our care.
