Specialist services: The homes specialise in E.B.D. The staff team have vast amount of experience working in many different settings and have experience of mental health needs, self-harm, depression, anxiety, complex needs and trauma informed practice. The experience comes from settings such as school, therapeutic children’s homes, outreach work, supported living, YOT, mentoring. Management and staffs have experience and trainings related to therapeutic care and mental health, and this background filters through the homes. Social Pedagogy, being a holistic approach towards children's learning and care.
Therapeutic provision: Some of our homes adhere to a therapeutic approach, which is based on their model of care, when when considering the needs of each individual child.

In accordance with our ethos our homes provide a service which is extremely child focused. Our child centred practices are friendly where the focus is on providing a service which is holistic in nature. All our outcomes are children focused in order to keep children safe and to help them enjoy and achieve in a positive way. We believe that children should leave us better than when they first come to us. We aim to support and enrich each child to work towards their dreams, whilst creating happy memories with them through their journey with us.
We go above and beyond to ensure that we are working towards making a positive difference in every child’s life. Our therapeutic approach and model of care is embedded within all aspects of our service delivery within the homes and the organisation.
