Description:
Tressell Homes is a small independent childcare provider based in Merseyside. We currently operate two registered children’s homes, one in Liverpool and one on the Wirral peninsula, and there are plans to open a third home before the end of 2021. The current homes cater for between one and three children with an age range of eight to eighteen years old.
We at Tressell are passionate about providing a service that focuses on the needs, wishes and aspirations of the children we support, and allows both children and staff a real voice in shaping what that support looks like.
Our aim is to create environments that are as personalised and homely as possible; and to foster a culture for both children and staff that is built on positive relationships, mutual respect, inclusion, and participation. We strive to make each home a place where a child can feel valued, respected and listened to, and make each child’s time with us as positive a time in their life as possible.
