Gracewells Care work with young people giving opportunities for a normal life and a route to a brighter future.
Formed in 2018, we are a young, energetic company but with a wealth of experience. Our management team have 15 years in a variety of roles in residential children’s homes and associated care services.
New team members, therapists and support services are all trained and qualified to provide the best care to each individual.
Our goal is to meet an individual’s social and emotional needs, improving their ability to cope with life and giving them the skills to be independent, productive members of society.
