We aim to provide an understanding, respectful and supportive environment, encouraging children to recognise their potential and grow in confidence to achieve an independent and fulfilled life.

Our aim is to equip the child with the knowledge, skills and ability, to take as fuller control of their lives as possible: thereby enabling them to feel more fulfilled in life through the range of opportunities offered. This is achieved through a caring and nurturing approach, where each child’s developmental journey is taken on an individual basis and all achievements made are celebrated.

It is our belief that all children should able to achieve their full potential and deserve positive encouragement to help them achieve this. Our core principles place the child’s well-being at the forefront. The child’s welfare, their safety and needs are at the centre of the care we provide. The best interests of the child are the first and paramount consideration when decisions are made. We fully recognise that children have their own views, wishes and feelings and we promote each child’s right to have a say in all aspects of their planning and day to day care.

Our residential services enable young people to take steps towards independence through a stimulating, energising and supportive environment, in which young people can enjoy a challenging and enjoyable introduction to adult life.
