Description:
Springboard Education and Care was established in 2021 and currently has one home in the upper Swansea valley. We provide care, education and therapy for 11- to 18-year-olds with each individual having a tailored programme. There is an on-site school delivering education to the young people placed at the home with additional learning needs and on-site therapeutic facilities. All three elements of care, education and therapy compliment one another.
The team have been brought together through a shared desire to provide solutions for young people, their families and local authorities and we are proud to be a Welsh company helping young people remain within Wales. Our young people are at the heart of our thinking and practise helping them to flourish and grow. Our aim is to provide each young person with the knowledge, skills and abilities to help them transition and cope successfully in becoming effective, productive and valued members of society. We are regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales and Estyn.
