We aim to provide safe, secure and nurturing environments in which children of all genders, up to 18 years of age, can thrive as individuals, receive high quality support and guidance to help them to develop and grow to reach their full potential in life, build positive, trusting attachments, achieve positive outcomes and prepare for the next stage in their lives. We propose to deliver care and services for children based on a nurturing model and trauma informed practice, with the emphasis on hopefulness and inclusivity that supports their overall development. We will take a holistic-based view, looking at the whole child.
