Acorns to Oaks Children’s Care & Support was founded with specific aims to be the best quality provider to vulnerable looked after children and young people with complex needs across different authorities, providing high quality care packages to facilitate their needs. We aim to promote and protect each of our child and young person’s welfare whilst treating them with dignity and respect. The services we provide will ensure that we keep the children and young people a prioritised focus at the centre of what we do. Our Team of Employees at Acorns to Oaks are all suitably qualified to work with our children and young people, and we have a rigorous continuous professional development plan in place ensuring that our Team are fully trained in all aspects of their role.
Our ethos is to create a centre of excellence that provides the highest level of care possible in the best environment that can be achieved. Our homes use highly individualised child-centred approaches in all aspects of care. We aim to provide excellent care for children and young people and an opportunity for safety, stability and recovery from any previous emotional trauma, by creating an atmosphere that is safe, welcoming and that feels like a home.
