Type of Provision: Holme Farm provides accommodation to young persons aged 11 to 18. We offer care and support for children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD) which may also include mental health disorders.

Registered school: The school provides education for up to 8 students and is a registered examination centre with boards Edexcel and OCR, allowing formal examinations to take place on site.
Therapeutic provision: Any therapeutic interventions recommended will be assessment directed and based on a psychologically informed understanding of the child or young person’s current difficulties, functioning, needs and risks, and their developmental ability and maturity.

A welcoming environment is provided by Holme Farm, which is a large home set in a semi-rural two-acre site on the edge of the beautiful Cleveland hills.
Our aims and principles at Holme Farm are to provide a high standard of accommodation and care for children and young people, within a culture that promotes their rights, provides nurture and where their safety and wellbeing is enhanced, in a setting that highlights therapeutic care, education enjoyment, achievement and hope.
Holme Farm provides a 52-week residential service over the medium to long-term for children and young people between the ages of 11 years and 18 years of age, of both genders. It provides 24-hour care, in which the identified needs of each child or young person will be met.
